Too often the cares of this life try to hold us back, perhaps it is the challenge of simply living. The greater goal is to lift our eyes to heaven and reach for the promise of hope. Singing through the shadows and the sunlight, is to find the strength to weather all that life comes at us with. A song in the heart, is to touch the spirit within and to make an offering of love to all who will listen. Music is a great tool, which can bring healing and renewed hope to those who permit its' language to speak without constraining it. The greatest gift of music was given in a sacrifice where the blood of Jesus was shed, given to those who had no voice. In that moment, hearts broken by sadness were encouraged to lift themselves to the promise of a cross, renewing the song of life. Whatever the shackles that try to bind us, the Glory of Christ and his Saving Grace, give to those who believe in Him and His  Wondrous gift of Salvation the power to raise up their voices and sing their praises. There is no end to the song, for there is no end to the source.
